Q: Are your cabinets ready-to-assemble (RTA) or pre-assembled? 

A: We offer both options. Ready-to-assemble (RTA) cabinets come in flat-pack form and are ideal for DIY projects, while our pre-assembled cabinets are delivered fully built for quick and easy installation.

Q: Do you offer custom cabinetry? 

A: No, we do not at the moment.

Q: Do you offer delivery services? 

A: Yes, we provide delivery services across the country. Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Free local delivery is also available within a 30-mile radius of Raleigh, NC.

Q: How long does it take to receive my cabinets? 

A: Lead times vary based on the type of cabinet. In-stock items usually ship within 2-3 weeks.

Q: Can I track my order? 

A: Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, we’ll provide you with tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

Installation & Maintenance

Q: Do you offer installation services? 

A: Yes, we have a team of professional installers available in select regions. We can also recommend trusted contractors in your area.

Q: How do I maintain my cabinets?

Returns & Warranty

Q: Do your cabinets come with a warranty? 

A: Yes, all our cabinets come with a warranty that covers manufacturing defects. Warranty periods vary by product. Contact us for specific details about your purchase.

Q: What should I do if my cabinets arrive damaged? 

A: If your cabinets arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or repair as quickly as possible.
