1. General Information

1.1. These Terms apply to all transactions between NoCa Cabinets ("we," "us," or "our") and you ("the customer").

1.2. NoCa Cabinets reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Products and Pricing

2.1. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product without notice.

2.2. Prices displayed on our website are in US Dollar and exclude applicable taxes, delivery fees, and installation charges unless otherwise specified.

2.3. We strive to ensure accuracy in product descriptions and pricing. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct inaccuracies or cancel orders that include incorrect pricing or descriptions.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1. Orders are deemed confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.

3.2. Payment methods accepted include cash, check, credit card, debit card, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App. All transactions are secure and processed through a trusted payment gateway.

3.3. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

4. Delivery and Shipping

4.1. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

4.2. The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery if the provided address is incorrect.

4.3. Upon delivery, inspect the products for damages or defects. Any issues must be reported within 3 days.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

5.2. Custom or made-to-order cabinets are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

5.3. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

6. Warranty

6.1. All products come with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

6.2. Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoCa Cabinets shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

7.2. Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific product in question.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of NoCa Cabinets and protected by copyright laws.

8.2. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina.
